NICHOLS HILLS, OK — Bodycam footage recently released shows attorney Kelly Hensley confronted by police outside her parent's high-end home in a February 11th egging incident.
Hensley is 37 years old and still lives with her mom and dad, although her alleged behavior shows an even more lack of growing up.
When Hensley's neighbors were having a party, the trigger for her to throw eggs was not loud music or illegal party behavior, no. In fact, the problem to Hensley was multiple cars parked legally on the side of the public roadway closest to her home.
According to eyewitnesses and surveillance video compiled from the scene, Hensley started throwing eggs at the parked cars. An eyewitness called 911 and police arrived.
Confronted by police and bodycams rolling, Hensley claimed the cars were not legally parked since "they were on our property... that's trespassing." Dumbfounded, an officer quickly begged to differ and explained the road is not private property. Hensley has been practicing the law since 2008.
When police asked Hensley if she had surveillance cameras on her parents' house, she replied with hostility and snobbish body language, "Do you have a warrant?"
The officer replied, "I'm just asking if you had surveillance cameras, mam. There's no reason for an attitude."
Hensley countered, "No, there's no reason for your attitude!"
"I don't have an attitude, mam," the officer uttered humbly.
After an investigation that spanned several weeks, Hensley was finally arrested on May 1 and brought to the Oklahoma County Jail, charged with molesting a motor vehicle.
